By the bottle a new restaurant from the management of Quattro and Spice Klub. As we know the previous two ventures from the SM group was a pure vegetarian restaurant but this one serves both non-veg and veg dishes. Great dim lighted ambiance with live music/ DJ/ Karaoke. As i have visited on Thursday night it was karaoke night.

Food: The menu is full of amazing food and I bet, you definitely cannot resist your taste bud! Jalapeno Cheese Croquettes: Mashed potatoes stuffed with mozzarella cheese and chopped jalapenos wrapped in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The flavors were amazing. Maggie Bhajiya: We have had Maggie either in one form or multiple ones. But this masala Maggie was different masala Maggie deep-fried in the form of small ball to give an outer crunch to it. Nice tasty and flavorful. Chicken 65: A tangy chicken 65 was perfectly coated with all the spices and the pieces where nice and juicy. Paneer 65 Pav: Paneer 65 was cooked with the same spices like chicken 65 but the flavor of paneer 65 was enhanced with the butter toasted pav. Basil Murgh Tikka: The chicken small thigh pieces were well marinated in the basil and mint marination. The basil flavor hint was little bit more dominating than other spices as it was the main ingredient. Bharwan Paneer Tikka: Fresh soft and moist cottage cheese stuffted with the creamy stuffing and slow cooked in the clay oven(Tandoor). The flavors were amazing and light as it was not over cooked to get the chared texture on the outside. Achari Mushroom: Deep-fried button mushrooms and tossed in the mango pickle masala to give a tangy and achari flavor to it. Deep-Fried Mozzarella: The thin slice of mozzarella cheese wrapped inside the bread slice and deep-fried. But i think the cheese slice was less than the bread. Tandoori Prawns: The prawns were over marinated with the spices which got little bit extra chared and dominating the flavor. By the Bottle Pizza: One of the restaurant especial dish think crust loaded with fresh veggies chicken chunks and cheese. I can say that pizza is bae over here. Kurkure Bhindi: Lady finger slit from the middle and toss with the dry spices powder and then deep-fried. To give a crunchy bite the lady finger will be fried for max 2 min but this one got little bit over cooked. Main Course: It’s a unique way to serve a main course in the form of dabba style (Tiffin Box) where you get four section steel box which consist of Dal fry, Wheat Tandoori roti, Steam Basmati rice and Jhinga Makhwana. Dal fry and Jhinga Makhwana were amazing . Not only the presentation of the main course also the taste took the show from the starters.
Desserts: The food show curtains came down with the smooth and soft dessert that is red velvet cake it was good one.
