#FOODIESQUAD we were invited for food tasting session over here. And the food was on the house. The place just started its operation few months ago. And It is so good to spend good time after your hectic week ends. With great music good ambiance and mostly the deliciously amazing food over here. So we were served with the recently launched buffet menu. The price of the buffet is very much pocket friendly.

As the place is new the ambiance is fresh as you enter in there is an open place with garden and fountain area with seating area which so good to relax . Then the interior part it’s a humongous area with well seating arrangement and there is a mocktails bar then on the left hand side there is big screen which forecast live matches. And on right hand side there is two separate cabins for group of peoples/friends to hang out together.

As soon as we bumped in our seats we were served with the roasted papad and prawn papad with mango pickle, mayonnaise, chilli sauce, vinegar dip beetroot, and mint chutney so we started hogging and serious papad were tasting amazingly good with each dip.

Roasted Tomato Basil Soup:

This was one of the best tomato basil soup I have had in recent time. The thickness of the soup was too good little bit of tanginess and the hint of basil leave was not empowering the taste of the soup and more the bread cubes deep fried and crunch to provide perfect start for the best dining experience.

Corn Chilli Cheese Kebab:

The kebabs were too tasty. The ball shape corn chilli cheese kebab was the bomb of flavor’s and gooey cheese ball. I liked it most because it was melting in my mouth.

Soti Boti Paneer:

It’s a kind of paneer Manchuria. But it was a bit of masala a lot then the most worst part was bread cube. The cubes were too much fried and the taste of the bread was too bitter and it was empowering the taste of the dish.

Soti Boti Kebab

Corn Crumbed Fish:

Corn crumbed fish was good the taste was not something different or extra ordinary. But when you dip in mayonnaise or chilli sauce the taste was getting enhance.

Corn Crumble Fish

Sriracha Butter Chicken:

So here we have Chinese style butter chicken. One of the India’s signature dish butter chicken which is less spicy tangy and creamy taste. So it got renovated for new era food loving people. Spiciness of Sriracha sauce and creamy butter chicken was one of the star dish.

Sriracha Butter Chicken

Egg in 1000 Island Salad:

The salad was good and tasty with fresh ice-burg lettuce mixed with mayonnaise Italian salad dressing freshly crushed black pepper salt and sliced boiled egg white.

  1. Virgin Mojito
  2. Litchi Delight

And my favorite mocktail was litchi delight and it was one of the best drink.

Main Course:

Ghee Hara Methi Ka Pulao:

Ghee hara methi ka pulao is kind of peas pulao. With lot of ghee zeera and peas in the pulao. As I am not fan of peas so didn’t like that much but my friends enjoyed it a lot.

Tamatar Dal:

It’s the same dal what we have daily at our home made toor and masur ki dal with tomato and tadka with zeera garlic and dry red chillies. One of the best dals to be served in such places.

Subz Nayentara:

Different places different name of one single dish either you take it as Veg korma, veg hundi or Ghanto or Subz nayentara mixture of variety of veggies cooked with bunch of spices was amazing and tasty.

Saag Gosht:

Saag gosht is something you can say it any green leafy veggie cooked with mutton gosht. The mutton was flavorful and tender it was well accompanied with Pudina paratha and steam rice.

Bhatti Da Kukkad:

The Bhatti da kukkad was tasty and tangy. The tanginess from yogurt was dominating the flavor of the gravy with nutmeg and other spices. It is one of my favorite dish for the night.

Paneer Lababdar:

The paneer Lababdar was tasty and it was same as like Bhatti da kukkad. The gravy of both the curry was almost similar to each other.

Gulab Jamun:

It was perfect round shaped jamun with perfect brown colored dipped in the sugar syrup. The sugar syrup was mixed with cardamom powder for better taste of jamun when dipped in syrup.

Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream:

The brownie was perfect with little bit moist in the middle of the brownie. Hot and gooey brownie with cool vanilla ice-cream the star dish to end the dinner.

The service was good need to be more perfectly good. Coming over the food it was tasty and amazing we enjoyed a lot.

Overall Experience:

The place so good and amazing good and more over the ambiance is what the restaurant has which some of the restaurant lack with. But the place required little bit of more publicity for more customer foot falls.
