The Glass Onion

“A restaurant which has got the nature’s touch added to its beauty”

Recently I have visited this newly opened restaurant in the financial district, bolder hills. The bolder hill is the area which has a stretch of 1.5 km road from the gate of the entrance which leads to amazing villas and behind those villas there is a huge golf course area. So just before entering into the golf course on the right side, there is huge “The Glass Onion” sign and the entrance to the restaurant. As you enter there is a small by lane decorated with greenery and a small fountains. The restaurant is divided into two sections indoor and outdoor seating

Food – let’s talk about it:

As it’s a Sunday brunch with amazing weather, great view and delectable buffet. The starters were served on the table we had fish, water chestnuts, paneer tikka, mutton patties, chillie Chicken, beetroot patties, and prawns skewer. Though we had all these items few of them has left a sharp flavour that has impressed me a lot of prawns skewers, paneer tikka, mutton patties and chillie chicken.

Pizza’s were really good neither thin crust nor the regular base but a precise one. The topping we’re basic enough for non-veg and veg just a few elements that kept veg pizza on par from the non-veg one.

Live counter:

In every buffet, the live counters have become a compulsory option for people to have instantly cooked food like South Indian dishes and Italian dishes as per customer requirements. The live counter food items are must try one as they got the original dosa which yummy and reminds us of the good old memories of original dosa before it got tampered with the fusion.

Buffet counter:

They had an exquisite spread of salads, bread, soups, and other option and for the main course they tangy lite spicy laal maas mutton, paneer lababdar, garlic Hakka noodles, peas pulao, white steam rice, and fish in black bean sauce along with breadbasket.

Love the taste and texture of laal maas and paneer lababdar was outstanding the flavours we’re mind-blowing. The fish in black bean sauce and Hakka garlic noodles combo was quite good enough for me.

Dessert:

It was another section for people with lots of delicious options to select in desserts keeping all age groups in consideration. They had varieties like Oreo chocolate Millie Feuille, chocolate pop, black forest cheesecake, marsh mellow jelly cake, cranberries blondies etc were amazing.

The experience was really amazing we had a great time it will be one of the best places in Hyderabad and also the that has got beautiful greenery view that gives you a pleasant atmosphere and a piece of mind from the hectic city rushing and polluted life.
