Food: let’s talk about it
Appetizers: It was served on the table
Salads, Canapes, and sliders: This section was a buffet in its own way as it has many options in the salad like Devil Eggs, Mixed seafood with lemon, Vietnamese lamb and noodles, etc. Then they had different types of canapes, bruschetta, and mini burger sliders.
Veg spring rolls: The best and spiciest mini spring rolls i have eaten ever. The filling was too good at every bite the flavors burst in your mouth and it’s hard just to eat one piece of this delicious dish.
Thai roasted chicken: Chicken cubes roasted and cooked in Thai spices. The chicken doesn’t have any roasted flavor instead of that it has a good amount of Thai sauce flavors.
Water chestnuts in a sweet chilly sauce: The water chestnut was one of the perfect dishes from the menu. It was crunchy and well coated with the sweet chilly sauce.
Zaffrani murgh tikka: It’s one of the best dishes that is being served for a long time and the taste, texture everything remains the same. The creamy texture of the kebab and the texture, moisture, and juiciness is irresistible.
Black pepper chilly chicken: A peppery dish on the menu the flavors are really good but yes the spices hit on your throat due to black pepper being the main spices.
Main course:
Exotic Veg: It’s a thin crust pizza with some amazing veg topping that melts in your mouth.
Garlic chicken pizza: The non-veg pizza was even good than the veg one. As the crust were perfectly thin and crunchy to have it.
Harissa roasted chicken: It’s a Moroccan dish where the chicken is being prepared in one pot with all the ingredients added at once. It was okayish as it was cooked for a longer period of time the chicken has lost all its own flavor and it became dry.
Tandoori Chicken biryani: It’s a combination of 2 different items where tandoori chicken is being added to biryani rice. The overall experience of the biryani was good it can be better if some attention is being given to it.
Kung pao fish: The best item on the menu to hogg on. Fish was succulent and the flavors were good.
Kolhapuri Mutton: One of the spiciest mutton curry you will have it. Kolhapur is also famous for its spicy food. The flavors were really good and the gravy was creamy, spicy and tangy.
Desserts: After such a wonderful experience we head to its end that is the dessert section.
Cheesecake, Brownies, Lemon meringue tarts, Roulades, Muffins all these items were really good. I love cheesecake and lemon meringue tart as these 2 are my personal favorite desserts which i always love to have it.
