Blanc Glace is new place in the city with combination two Bakery and Café. As it has been open in the heart of Hi-tech city the hub of IT sector. The place serves some of the delicious continental food over here which made them talk of town in a very quick span of time. Good place to hang out with friends over cup of coffee or with some good pastries along with lip-smacking finger food.
I was here with my Foodie Squad for paid food tasting session organized by management for us.
Ambiance:
It has European style with the vintage and rustic look makes it more elegant. The place is very well decorated with small artifacts like vintage clock, small bonsai plants. Ceiling were having nice pendant lights. Outside it has small garden along with table and chair for the people who love to seat in open area.
Food:
Onion Ring Lamb Cutlets:
It’s a mutton kheema stuffed inside the onion ring with the nice crisp layer outside as the kheema was well cooked and even onion ring was caramelized beautifully it was accompanied with garlic mayonnaise sauce.
Pita Bread with Hummus:
It was plate full of small and fluffy pita bread with creamy texture hummus topped with olive oil with smoked paprika. The dish was simple but so tasty that’s get melt in your mouth.
BBQ Wings:
One of my most favorite dish from here is wings nice juicy and tasty. The wings were perfectly glazed with the barbecue sauce and smoke paprika for smoky flavor. Actually it was little bit on sweeter side because of molasses but it was tasting amazing its must try dish over here.
Garlic Cheese Bread:
I like the garlic bread most because of cheesiness overloaded on top of bread with small sprinkle of red chilli flakes.
Caesar Salad:
One of the best non-veg salad ever had in the recent time. It was having good amount of chicken cubes along with fresh cherry tomatoes, lettuce, bread croutons and grated cheese on the top.
Stuffed Mushrooms:
The mushrooms were coated with spiced mixed bread crumbs and deep fried. As you take a bite of it makes little bit messy as the mushroom was watery.
Pizzas:
It was thin crust pizza we had both veg and non-veg pizzas. Veg pizza was ok kind of its but chicken barbecue pizza was a disappointing one.
Desserts:
They need to work hard on the dessert section area. As it needs to be improve more. We had couple of dishes in that I like one most but don’t remember the name of it and we had smoothies almond vanilla chocolate smoothie, banana kiwi smoothie and chocolate peanut butter smoothies.
