A food court in hitex city is like a ray of sunshine for the people who always see a budget or pocket friendly place with amazing quality and tasty food without any hassle. Chakhh De Punjab a restaurant from “The Punjabis Swag” is a gem for the food lovers to explore a proper Punjabi food. As it was always said “Punjabi diyo da pyaar unki baato vichh aur unkay khaaney vichh dikhta hai”.
The food was really amazing and delicious that broke our expectations level and made a mark on our taste buds. So coming back to food we got Shaami kebab it’s a prefect blend of spices and meat grinded into a paste was really good one and a must try dish from the kitchen. Then it was Paneer papdi kebab a perfect slice of Paneer well marinated with the spices and for the crunch crushed papdi chat added to it on the outside. Sheekh kebab was the star dish nice juicy and tender meat cut in to big chunk served along with mint chutney. Tandoori chicken Kali mirchi nimbu wala was another good dish well marinated and chared Cook but the dish lack with the amount of lemony flavor. Tandoori aloo was well cooked soft and hot amazing taste with mint chutney. The last starter was chicken lollipop the bang on flavor and taste.
Moving on to main course veg saag wala, patiala chicken, Methi chicken and mutton rara was amazing along with varieties of Indian bread basket consist of chilli pudina laccha paratha, cheese naan, cheese garlic naan and butter naan. The delicious and sumptuous dinner was accompanied with patiala Lassi. The lassi was perfectly sweet enough and a thick texture and garnished with chopped almonds on the top.
Along with the ala carte menu they also serves thalis/combos varieties from veg to non veg items with a good quantity of food in a affordable price
Talking about the ambiance of this place it’s a simple place which has a box of amazing flavor hidden in there kitchen that can blow up your mind when you explore the taste food.
