Gachibowli and Hitech city is the admist place of global IT firms and many party places crossways the area but this 10D (10 Downing Street) stands-out in the area as its many multitude favorite place to party even corporate companies love to host team parties over here. This place is located right inside the SLN Terminal mall. 10D is just not only a pub/club but also a brewery as they craft their own beer on the same premises.
Ambiance: The place is well decorated with amazing artifacts and divided into 4 sections, 2 indoor seating arrangements,1 dance floor, and 1 outdoor seating. Also, they have 2 separate bars, one for inside customers and outdoor customers.
Let’s talk about Food: After scanning the scrumptious menu of 10D, we have decided few items in starters mixed with continental and Indian, but the main course has full domination of Indian cuisine. So, the Bhatti Da Murgh was the first item to be served on the table. The Bhatti DA murgh has similar marination like tandoori chicken and the same style of cooking, but this one has boneless chicken pieces. The chicken was perfectly marinated with the spices and utterly cooked as it has got nicely charred texture on the meat to give that smokey flavor to the kebab. Now we had ajwain (carom seeds) fish, it was so succulent and moist I really enjoyed it. The batter used for fish coating was light and airy in feel, then the taste was on the point where the ajwain (carom seed) being the main ingredient for the flavor wasn’t dominating otherwise it would have ruined all the taste. As the seafood is BAE how can I miss ordering my favorite from the menu that is Butter Garlic Prawns the size of the prawns was good enough, but the taste was quite impalpable as apart from seasoning I couldn’t feel other spices as the name suggest. We all have one person in every group who is vegetarian, so the best option is Chilli Paneer. The Paneer was damn soft and fresh as it has absorbed all the flavors from marination spices and was perfectly cooked. The Hara Bhara Kebabs is a very similar concept to galouti and Shami. I just say the chef has perfectly nailed the taste as I could really relate the flavor very much the same. I always love Mongolian cuisine so ordered this delicious dish the Mongolian Chilli Lamb the meat was so damn delicious and crispy well covered in sweet and spicy flavor the taste was on point. And next, the meat was a little chewy, but it’s quite worthy to chew as you will observe all the flavors in each bite. Finally, an Italian salute to the starters as the final dish was Fresh Garden Pizza. The base was perfect, with the right amount of cheese to get cheese pull.
As the eating and fun banter proceed, the thirst quench increases, so we ordered a couple of refreshing mocktails.
Main course: As we head for the finale the main course has to be the best so took the suggestion from the manager what to order he suggested us a couple of things, but we also had our things to so order first Paneer tikka masala and methi chicken with garlic naan. The paneer tikka was super, and the chicken was well tendered as I am not a big fan of methi but still enjoyed it. Now the star Mutton saagwala is more like palak ghosht the taste was excellent just like the home taste very hard to find at any restaurant/pub and the combination with jeera rice was absolutely fabulous.
