Food
Now the real magic—the food. Paul Café Hyderabad has carried over its French signature, and trust me, you’ll want to try more than one thing.
Pesto Chicken Sourdough Sandwich: The aroma of toasted sandwich along with fresh pesto spread was making me drool as soon as dish was served. The first bite and I was teleported to Paris the crunch from the bread and all the elements were perfectly amalgamated.. That was the one of the sandwich I have ever had in my life.

Smoked Salmon Bites: These quick bite of salmon was totally amazing. That crunchy baguette with a layer of cream cheese, smoked salmon was too good for my palate as little citrusy flavour from capers were enhancing the texture. Thought it has some mustard on it but hardly you will be noticing its presence.

Pan Roasted Duck Breast: One of the best duck dish I had in recent time. The plating and presentation was on point. Coming to the dish the best roasted duck I just ate here. It was a little crispy because of slow roasting, chewy, juicy and tender. Perfectly paired with sautéed veggies along with buttery mashed potatoes right underneath the duck absorbing the flavours from it and some drizzled of sweet and peppery sauce 🤤🤤.

Roasted Chicken: Sour dough pizza in Hyderabad Hmm!! Never heard it till now or maybe I am unaware of it. The slices were perfectly spread with the sweet and tangy pizza sauce topped with sun-dried tomatoes, some pesto along with roasted chicken and mushrooms. The pizza base were perfectly thin from cantered and thick from the crust edge’s airy, bouncy and crispy texture.

Sriracha Chicken Breast: Most succulent and well balanced spices chicken breast. The outer layer of the chicken was well charred making it juicy along with the peri peri sauce and pumpkin purée giving making it sweet and heat kick to the meat and those hassle back potatoes and sautéed edamame amalgamate the picture perfect plating with an amazing taste.

Honey Chicken Poke Bowl: A picture perfect green veggies bowl making it more healthier with broccoli, edamame and avocado slices adding crunch and creamy texture it. Though I me being if not having good palate of honey chicken but I gave a shot for future liking and I wasn’t disappointed with it.

Spaghetti With Butter Chilli Emulsion: Being at Paul not giving a try to pasta is a big disgrace. So, it was spaghetti pasta in a butter chilli that has lots of mushrooms and olives along with toasted garlic bread. That slurpy pasta was delicious with well balanced ingredients and dipping that garlic bread in the sauce making it more delicious and yummy side for the pasta.

The Finale
Along with such amazing and delicious food it was well paired with drinks like Infusion, cold coffee, and Iced strawberry matcha latte. Infusion and Iced strawberry matcha latte was an instant hit drink on the table as we had couple of more servings of it. Talking about the desserts I had Fleur de lys, Crème brûlée and Orange Tres Leches all the three desserts were great.

Final Word: A Parisian Escape Without the Passport
Paul Café Hyderabad nails the balance of heritage, taste, and ambience. It’s stylish without being pretentious, indulgent without being overwhelming, and authentic without losing its approachable charm.
So next time you’re in the lanes of Silpa Gram Craft Village, HITEC City and craving something more than just coffee, step into Paul and say, “Bonjour to happiness!” 🥐✨
